DLPAC Series is coconut shell based carbon block filter cartridge which is NSF approved. They are predominantly microporous and are the least dusty, so they are very efficient when they comes to organic chemical adsorption. They are highly more effective in water filteration at reducing unwanted chlorine, taste, odor from potable drinking water than other activated carbon filter and they are equally effective at reducing fine sediment. Further advantages of the coconut-shell based activated carbon lie in the following: they adsorb volatile organic chemicals, pesticides and herbicides, disinfection by-products like THM, remove halogens from water and improve appearance and taste of drinking water.
